This is a translation. If it differs from the Traditional Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.

Welcome to Zi Wei Dou Shu ("the Site"). By using the Site you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

The service

The Site provides Zi Wei Dou Shu chart tools, articles about Chinese astrology, and bookings with practitioners. We may change, suspend or end some features at any time.

Readings are for reference only

Charts, articles and practitioner consultations are interpretations based on traditional Chinese astrology. They are for reference only and are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. Do not make major decisions based on them alone; you are responsible for the decisions you make.

Your account

You can sign in with a Google account. Please keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms.

Content you provide

The chart data, notes and other content you enter remain yours. You agree that we store and process this content as necessary to provide the service. Before entering someone else's birth data, make sure you are entitled to do so. See the Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

Practitioner bookings

• The Site only matches you with practitioners. Consultations are provided by the practitioners themselves, who are responsible for their content and quality.
• Practitioners collect their consultation fees directly; the Site does not collect payments on their behalf.
• Cancellations and rescheduling follow the rules shown at the time of booking.
• If a dispute arises, you can raise it with the Site from the booking page. We will help resolve it but cannot guarantee the outcome.

Prohibited conduct

Do not:

• Access the Site in bulk by automated means, or disrupt or damage its operation.
• Impersonate others, or collect or disclose other people's personal data without consent.
• Post content that is illegal, infringing, harassing or false.
• Use content from the Site commercially without permission.

Intellectual property

The software, design, articles and other content on the Site belong to the Site or their original authors. Apart from personal, non-commercial use, do not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that charts are free of errors, that the service is uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change, we will update this page and show the date of the update. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
